Sign Up: Grad Sunday (Graduates Only)

For Class of 2019 graduates - PreK to Grad School - who would like to recognized on Grad Sunday in June. Must be a UBAME member

  • Graduate's full name. Middle initial is fine.
  • The Grade the graduate is graduating from.
  • Name of school the grad is graduating from
  • City and State of the school the grad is graduating from.
  • High School Seniors Only: The name of the college/university/trade school the grad is attending in the Fall. If the grad is going into the Armed Forces, please list that detail here.
  • Max. file size: 2 GB.
    By uploading the Grad's picture, you consent to the publishing of the picture in the Union Bethel AME Church monthly newsletter, the program on Grad Sunday and future promotional material related to Union Bethel AME Church.
